This past month was a little better than last October as far as for doing actually training. The weeks were far from where I had been training over the past year. I am starting to put next year list of race together already and it has got me motivated to get back to putting in some long rides on the trainer, getting in the pool this month and so good long hard runs on the road. Toughman Indiana, in 164 days, will be on the list for sure.
