26 Sep To 2 Oct Training Summary

This past week was a little better than last week as far as for do9ing actually training. The week was far from where I had been training over the past year. I am starting to put next year list of race together already and it has got me motivated to get back to putting in some long rides on the bike and so good long hard runs on the road. Toughman Indiana will be on the list for sure.
