Two weeks after Toughman Indiana and starting to feel better and get some good training sessions in. Training summary for May 30 through June 5, got a total of 12 sessions in for a total of 231.06 miles and 14hours and 15 minutes of training time. Below is the breakdown.
Swim: 2 Sessions 1.16 miles 40 minutes
Bike: 4 Sessions 205.33 miles 9 hours 5 minutes
Run: 4 Sessions 24.57 miles 3 hours 25 minutes
Strength Training 2 Sessions 1 hour
Next week, I plan on more time in the pool and on the road running while maintaining the miles and time on the bike. 9 days until next time trial on the bike in Dayton, Ohio and 14 days until Olympic distance triathlon at Maumee, Ohio.
