Looking to maximize the short amount of time you have at the gym? Try out this kettlebell HIIT workout to get your muscles working, your heart pumping, and get you on your way.
Kettlebell Cardio Workout
Perform this circuit 4-5 times, resting no more than 1 minute between rounds
30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest
-two hand kettlebell swings
-one arm half snatch – right arm
-one arm half snatch – left arm
-alternating bent over row
-burpee deadlift

  1. Kettlebell Swings
    The kettlebell swing is a hip-driven, momentum-based movement in which the kettlebell swings back between the legs and then is pushed forward and up to chest level, moving in a pendulum-like motion. For tips on how to correctly perform the kettlebell swing, please see my article here.
